Grace Wamwere
Owner and CEO

As a real estate broker, my main focus is to help clients navigate the often complex world of buying, selling, or leasing property. With over 10 years of experience in the industry, I have developed a deep understanding of the local market and a reputation for providing exceptional service. Over the years, I have helped numerous clients find their dream homes, sell properties quickly and at the best possible price, and negotiate successful lease agreements. I pride myself on my ability to listen carefully to my client's needs and to develop a personalized approach to each transaction. In addition to my expertise in real estate, I am also committed to staying up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the industry. I attend conferences, seminars, and training sessions on a regular basis to ensure that I am always offering my clients the most current information and advice. Outside of work, I am an active member of my community and enjoy volunteering with local organizations. I am passionate about real estate and dedicated to helping my clients achieve their goals. I am confident that my experience, knowledge, and commitment to excellence make me an ideal choice for anyone looking to buy, sell, or lease property. In addition to my career as a real estate broker, I am also a proud wife and a mother of four children, and a trained nurse. Balancing my professional and personal responsibilities can be challenging, but I believe that my experience in both nursing and real estate has given me a unique perspective that benefits my clients. As a nurse, I developed valuable skills in communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail, which have proven invaluable in my real estate career. I am able to listen carefully to my client's concerns and needs and develop personalized solutions that meet their individual goals. My experience as a mother has also taught me the importance of patience, empathy, and adaptability. I understand the challenges and stresses that can come with buying or selling a home, especially when juggling the needs of a busy family. That's why I work tirelessly to ensure that every transaction is as smooth and stress-free as possible. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, exploring new hiking trails, and volunteering at my children's schools. I believe that my diverse range of experiences and skills make me a well-rounded and effective real estate broker, and I am committed to providing the highest level of service to my clients.

Lee Kimmelman
Property Manager and Real Estate Broker

My wife and daughters might tell you that I love my chickens more than I love them and even though they are wrong, I can understand why they might say that. That’s because I am passionately committed to my chickens’ welfare and proudly show them off to anyone who lets me. They will also tell you that passion extends to my clients. I’m committed to taking care of them as well. That means being available when you need me and helping you to obtain the information answers, and resources you need to successfully lease your property to good and reliable tenants and then provide you the peace of mind knowing that both you and they will be taken care of during a tenancy. As your property manager, I take an active role in ensuring your property is well taken care of. My goal is to shelter you from the day-to-day distractions of being a landlord and to keep your tenants happy in the knowledge that their needs are also well addressed.

Marlo Larson
Property Manager and Real Estate Broker

I’ve been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 2007 and am excited to be joining Champions Real Estate! Prior to joining Champions, I was a Real Estate Broker with John L. Scott. My previous career in the Legal field has been a great asset to serving my Real Estate clients, giving me a solid understanding of contracts, negotiating and analytical thinking skills. Additionally, staying on top of deadlines and time frames are imperative to both working in the legal field and seeing a real estate transaction through to completion. In addition to my career skills, I bring to the table strong listening skills, which are of great benefit in serving my clients. Listening to their needs and asking the right questions help me to gain a solid understanding of their needs and goals both short term and long term. Beyond all that, I’m one of those overly organized people and thrive on balancing many plates at one time. When I’m not helping my clients achieve their goals, you might find me out wandering around with my 4 year old Scottish Terrier (Gracie), spending time with my 3 grown children and 2 grandchildren, strolling on the beach in Edmonds, rolling out my mat for a little Yoga time or plotting my next road trip.
